How it works

• 14 days. Ask within 14 days of buying Pro. You get all your money back.
• No questions. You don't need to give a reason.
• The free reader keeps working. Only the Pro features turn off.

How to ask

1. Find the receipt email from your purchase.
2. Use the refund link in that email, or email us at readaloudhq@gmail.com with your order number.
3. We or the payment company will confirm by email.

The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.

After 14 days

Still ask us. If something isn't working for you, we'll try to fix it or find a fair answer.

Free app and beta

The reader and the beta are free, so there is nothing to refund.
